Thom Yorke of Radiohead has composed the score for the remake of cult-classic horror film, Suspiria. Marking his debut in composing a movie score, Yorke’s highly anticipated soundtrack will be officially released on October 26th. The collection consists of 25 original compositions written by Yorke—“a mix of instrumentals, interstitial pieces, and interludes, and more traditional song structures”, according to Consequence Of Sound.
Suspiria‘s soundtrack was written and arranged by Thom Yorke, recorded and co-produced by Sam Petts-Davies, and features special guest contributions from the London Contemporary Orchestra and Choir, flutist Pasha Mansurov, as well as Yorke’s son, drummer Noah, who appears on two tracks.
