Back in October Courtney Barnett along with her touring band of multi-instrumentalist Katie Harkin, drummer Dave Mudie and bassist Bones Sloane stopped by the studio of Seattle’s KEXP for a live performance. The four-piece band showcased four songs from Tell Me How You Really Feel for the public radio station.
Barnett & Co. offered up takes on “Need A Little Time,” “Sunday Roast,” “Nameless, Faceless” and “I’m Not Your Mother, I’m Not Your Bitch.” Additionally, Barnett chatted with KEXP DJ Cheryl Waters about the making of her latest LP and how songs evolve on stage over time.
