Joe Russo’s Almost Dead Confirms 2019 Tour Dates

Joe Russo’s Almost Dead announced a series of 25 2019 tour dates. The quintet’s 2019 plans now span January 18 through what is expected to be the group’s final show of the year on September 28.

Drummer Joe Russo, bassist Dave Dreiwitz, keyboardist Marco Benevento and guitarists Scott Metzger and Tom Hamilton follow a previously announced January run at The Capitol Theatre in Port Chester, New York with four dates in Feburary. JRAD starts at The Tabernacle in Atlanta on February 14 and then heads to St. Louis on February 15 and 16 and Madison, Wisconsin on February 17. Then, the five-piece is slated to play Albany, New York on March 1; Portland, Maine on March 2 and 3; Jim Thorpe, Pennsylvania on March 13; New Haven, Connecticut on March 14; Montclair, New Jersey on March 15 and Cleveland on March 16.

Joe Russo’s Almost Dead continues a tradition of late night performances in New Orleans during Jazz Fest at the Mardi Gras World Ballroom on April 26 and 27. Next, the band heads to the Pacific Northwest for shows in Eugene, Oregon on May 31; Redmond, Washington on June 1 and Missoula, Montana on June 2. Russo & Co. will then play Chicago’s Huntington Bank Pavilion At Northerly Island on June 11. After a few months off, JRAD visits the Greek Theatre in Los Angeles on August 16 and returns to Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Morrison, Colorado on August 29. Finally, the quintet heads to Texas for concerts in Dallas on September 12, Houston on September 13 and Austin on September 14 before ending the year with two nights in Philadelphia on September 26 and 27 and a performance at The Anthem in Washington D.C. on September 28. Tickets go on sale this Friday, November 16 in three groups beginning at 12 p.m. ET and continuing at 1 p.m. ET and 2 p.m. ET.
