Pianist Josh Groban was the musical guest on Monday’s episode of CBS late-night talk show The Late Show With Stephen Colbert. Groban performed a cover of the Billy Joel classic “She’s Always A Woman” at the Ed Sullivan Theater.
Josh Groban recorded his version of the song from Billy Joel’s 1977 album The Stranger as one of the bonus tracks for his recently released Bridges LP. Paul Simon was originally scheduled to appear on last night’s episode of The Late Show. Groban stepped up to take Simon’s place just one day after the pianist headlined Madison Square Garden.
