Pink Floyd, Phish and Talking Heads tribute act Pink Talking Fish will unveil a new concept dubbed “Junta Circus” at The Capitol Theatre in Port Chester, New York on February 23. The band will mix songs from Phish’s debut album Junta with Pink Floyd and Talking Heads classics throughout the night.
Pink Talking Fish will team up with New York’s Big Apple Circus to provide live circus attractions both on and off stage. In addition, Pigeons Playing Ping Pong frontman Greg Ormont will serve as “The Ringmaster.” The upcoming performance is PTF’s third at The Cap following a The Wall concept show earlier this year and a Stop Making Sense concept show in 2017. Both of those concerts as well as the “Junta Circus” will consist of one long marathon set. Tickets go on sale this Friday, November 9 at 12 p.m. ET via Ticketfly.
