This Saturday, November 17 an all-star lineup of musicians will pay honor to one of rock’s greatest concerts with the 2018 installment of The Complete Last Waltz. If you didn’t score tickets to the sold-out show, there’s an option to watch from home or wherever you have an internet connection.
The Relix Channel will provide a webcast of The Complete Last Waltz live from The Capitol Theatre. The concert comes in celebration of The Band’s famed guest-filled The Last Waltz farewell performance that took place on Thanksgiving Day 1976 at Winterland Ballroom in San Francisco. Joe Russo (Joe Russo’s Almost Dead), Kevin Morby, Scott Metzger (Joe Russo’s Almost Dead, WOLF!), Katie Crutchfield (Waxahatchee), Sam Cohen (Yellowbirds), Binky Griptite (The Dap-Kings), Jeff Chimenti (Dead & Company) and Nels Cline (Wilco) are just some of the many artists aboard for Saturday’s show.
