Ty Segall recently kicked off a solo acoustic tour that brought him to the Minneapolis-St. Paul area last week. During his swing through the Twin Cities, the prolific guitarist stopped by The Current to perform a stripped down take on “Alta.”
Segall, who recently released a collection of cover songs which includes a take on the Grateful Dead’s “Saint Stephen,” looked to another album he put out this year — Freedom’s Goblin — for his appearance. Watch Segall perform “Alta” below:
