Freekbass Announces Color Red Will Release 2019 Studio Album

Acclaimed bassist Freekbass will put out his next album through Eddie Roberts‘ Color Red label next year. On January 15, the label will issue the single “Fre3KroNomoKon” with a full-length LP due in May.

Freekbass has been touring with Turkuaz vocalist Sammi Garett who will be part of the Color Red release. Garett will join Freekbass, keyboardist Sky White of Foxy Shazam and former P-Funk drummer Rico Lewis for a run of dates later this month that includes stops at Woodlands Tavern in Columbus, Ohio on December 20; The Livery in Benton Harbor, Michigan on December 21 and Founders in Grand Rapids, Michigan on December 22. The bassist swaps in Reilly Comisar for Sammi on December 15 in Dayton and during a New Year’s Run in Florida featuring performances in Fort White, Jacksonville, Stuart and Dunedin.
