Last week, Neil Young announced a series of January 2019 solo dates that includes three nights at three different venues in Minneapolis. Young has added a fourth performance in Minneapolis and also confirmed the launch of an app and mobile site for his Neil Young Archives portal.
The new Neil Young performance will take place at the Northrop in Minneapolis on January 31. Currently, tickets are only available for Neil Young Archives subscribers. The tour begins at The Riverside Theatre in Milwaukee on January 23. Next up comes a show at The Overture Center in Madison, Wisconsin on January 24. Young then heads to Minneapolis for concerts at Pantages Theatre on January 26, the Orpheum Theatre on January 28 and the State Theatre on January 29.
Neil Young Archives is now available through mobile devices. An iOS app has been launched with an Android app coming soon. Subscribers can stream high-definition audio of all the recordings available through the site. Those purchasing subscriptions are all entitled to pre-sales for concerts, livestreams, full access to NYA videos and concert as well as the Hearse Theater featuring movies, rare live performances and videos.
