Bassist Oteil Burbridge will bring his Oteil & Friends project on the road for a New Year’s Run that includes two shows at The Capitol Theatre in Port Chester, New York and a pair of year-ending performances at Brooklyn Bowl in New York City. The Relix Channel is offering a free webcast of Thursday night’s show live from The Capitol Theatre. Pay-Per-View webcasts of Saturday’s concert at The Cap as well as Oteil & Friends’ performances on December 30 and 31 at Brooklyn Bowl can be purchased through The Relix Channel.
Oteil’s band for the run features keyboardist Melvin Seals, guitarists Eric Krasno and John Kadlecik, drummer Jay Lane, percussionist Weedie Braimah and trumpeter/vocalist Jennifer Hartswick. Trombonist/vocalist Natalie Cressman is also aboard for the Brooklyn Bowl shows. Johnathan Singer will provide visuals for the four concerts.
