Phosphorescent was the musical guest on last night’s episode of Jimmy Kimmel Live. Matthew Houck, backed by his six-piece touring band, delivered a take on “New Birth In New England” from his most recent studio effort C’est La Vie.
The nine-track effort that was recorded in Nashville is Houck’s first since 2013’s Muchacho. Phosphorescent recently kicked off the North American leg of their tour in support of the LP with Liz Cooper & The Stampede providing support.
