My Morning Jacket frontman Jim James performed a live session last year at the McKittrick Hotel in New York City. Local public radio broadcaster WFUV shared video of the solo set that took place on November 12, 2018.
James performed alone on acoustic guitar, offering takes on “You Get To Rome” and “Over And Over.” Both of those tracks appeared on James’ 2018 solo albums Uniform Distortion and Uniform Clarity. The solo session also featured a rendition of the My Morning Jacket favorite “I’m Amazed.” Watch below:
