Paul Simon Discusses Recent “Farewell Tour” On ‘The Late Show With Stephen Colbert’ [Watch]

On Monday, Paul Simon stopped by The Late Show With Stephen Colbert to perform two songs and sit down for an interview segment with Stephen Colbert.

During the interview, Simon discussed his recent “Farewell Tour”, explaining that he doesn’t intend to tour anymore, but will continue to perform and donate his concert profits to various charitable causes he believes in. He went on to discuss the importance of his “final” concert in his hometown of Queens, NY, as well as his recently released studio album In The Blue Light. The album is comprised of old, re-recorded Paul Simon tunes that either got no attention because they were on a record with radio hits or were on a record that had no hits at all, Simon joked.
