Jamgrass act Yonder Mountain String Band recently confirmed a spring tour that includes a pair of legs spanning two weeks each. The band also announced they will co-headline the famed Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Morrison, Colorado with the John Butler Trio on August 16.
Yonder’s spring tour begins at the Blue Moose Tap House in Iowa City on March 7. The band focuses on the Midwest throughout the next few weeks, including stops in Minneapolis, Madison (Wisconsin), Chicago, Cincinnati, Indianapolis, Cleveland, State College and an appearance on NPR’s Mountain Stage that will be recorded in Charleston, West Virginia on March 17.
The quintet kicks off the second portion of the tour at Vinyl Music Hall in Pensacola, Florida on March 27. YMSB makes their way across the southern portion of the U.S. next with stops in New Orleans, Austin, Dallas, Santa Fe, Flagstaff, Los Angeles, Solana Beach (California) and Santa Barbara.
