164

Billy Strings has added to his heavy touring schedule, announcing his cross-country Spring Tour 2019. Spanning from mid-April through the end of June, the upcoming shows represent a healthy mix of festival appearances and theater dates.

The young prodigy will appear at a number of high-profile and regional festivals this spring, including Bluegrass Bender, Sweetwater 420 Fest, Aiken Bluegrass Festival, DelFest, Dark Star Jubilee, Roosterwalk, Camp Out For The Cause, Camp Greensky, Blue Ox Music Festival and 4 Peaks Music Festival.

In addition to these sets, the fan-favorite guitarist has select shows scattered across the United States. While many of the upcoming dates represent headlining shows, Strings also has a few supporting and collaborative gigs lined up. On May 31, he will support Bela Fleck and the Flecktones at Salt Lake City, Utah’s Red Butte Garden, while June 20 will find him performing with Steep Canyon Rangers at Nashville’s Ryman Auditorium. In New Orleans during Jazz Fest, Strings also has a scheduled performance with Cedric Burnside at Tipitina’s.
