Legendary guitarist Jimi Hendrix performed a concert on this date in 1969. The show on February 24, 1969 at London’s Royal Albert Hall was the last European performance by the original lineup of the Jimi Hendrix Experience, which featured drummer Mitch Mitchell and bassist Noel Redding.
