Michael Franti & Spearhead have announced an extensive U.S. summer tour in support of the band’s recent Stay Human Vol. II studio release via Thirty Tigers. Ziggy Marley and Sublime with Rome will offer support throughout the lengthy tour.
Throughout April, May, and June leading up to their tour, Michael Franti & Spearhead will make scheduled appearances at Fort Lauderdale, FL’s Tortuga Music Festival; Tulum, MX’s Art With Me Festival; Napa, CA’s BottleRock Festival; Avila Beach, CA’s Avila Beach Resort Amphitheater; Morrison, CO’s Red Rocks Amphitheatre; and Bethel, NY’s Mountain Jam Festival.
Michael Franti and company will properly kick off their summer tour at Mesa, AZ’s Mesa Amphitheatre on June 14th, followed by performances at Las Vegas, NV’s Mandalay Bay Beach (6/15); Troutdale, OR’s Edgefield (6/18 & 6/19); Woodinville, WA’s Chateu Ste Michelle Winery (6/21 & 6/22); Eugene, OR’s Cuthbert Amphitheater (6/26); Bend, OR’s Les Schwab Amphitheater (6/27); and Park City, UT’s Snow Park Outdoor Amphitheater on June 30th.
Following a scheduled performance at Mansfield, MA’s Levitate Music Festival, Michael Franti & Spearhead will kick things back off with a two-night run at Ocean City, MD’s Seacrets Nite Club on July 15th and 16th, followed by performances at Wilmington, NC’s Greenfield Lake Amphitheater (7/20 & 7/21); Cape Canaveral, FL’s Cocoa Riverfront Park (7/23); St. Augustine, FL’s St. Augustine Amphitheatre (7/25 & 7/26); Charleston, SC’s Volvo Car Stadium (7/27); Charlotte, NC’s Metro Credit Union Amphitheater (7/28); Rogers, AK’s Walmart Amp (7/31); Austin, TX’s Stubbs Waller Creek Amphitheater (8/1); New Braunfels, TX’s Whitewater Amphitheater (8/2); Houston, TX’s White Oak Music Hall (8/3); and a tour closing show at Irving, TX’s Pavilion at the Toyota Music Factory on August 4th.
