Denver’s Mission Ballroom Adds George Clinton & P-Funk, Steve Miller Band, & More To Upcoming Schedule

AEG Present Rocky Mountains‘ newest venue, Mission Ballroom, is scheduled to open on August 7th. The 60,000-square-foot event space will serve as the anchor of North Wynkoop, a 14-acre mixed-use development in Denver’s RiNo Arts District.

On Monday, the venue announced a number of new performing acts on the heel’s of last week’s inaugural opening-week schedule. The new show announcements begin with Steve Miller Band and Marty Stuart & His Fabulous Superlatives (8/13), followed by George Clinton & Parliament Funkadelic (8/15), King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard (8/21), Highly Suspect (8/24), Flux Pavilion (9/1), The National with Alvvays (9/6 & 9/7), Maggie Rodgers (9/23), and MARINA (9/30).

The Lumineers will be the first band to play the Mission Ballroom on Wednesday, August 7th. Trey Anastasio Band will hold down the first true weekend on the 9th and 10th before Ben Harper & The Innocent Criminals and Trombone Shorty & Orleans Avenue hit the Mission Ballroom stage on Monday, August 12th.
