On the heels of last month’s “Thunder & Lightning” show, Phil Lesh has announced another pair of upcoming “Thunder & Lightning” shows at his Terrapin Crossroads venue in San Rafael, CA, set to take place on March 21st and 22nd. The shows surround the vernal equinox, marking the return of spring and light.
The Grateful Dead bassist will be joined frequent Terrapin collaborators, including guitarists Stu Allen and Scott Law, keyboardist Steve Molitz, and drummer Scott Amendola.
This weekend, Phil Lesh & The Terrapin Family Band will head to Chicago, IL for two shows at Thalia Hall on March 7th and 8th. Lesh will then head to The Capitol Theatre in Port Chester, NY for his annual birthday celebration on March 14th, 15th, and 16th. Phil will then link back up with his Terrapin Family band compadres during New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival, with two nights at the Joy Theater on April 25th and 26th. As previously announced, Phil Lesh & The Terrapin Family Band will also return to the great Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Morrison, CO on May 29th with The Infamous Stringdusters.
