The Roots‘ 12th annual Roots Picnic will take place on Saturday, June 1 at The Mann Center at Fairmount Park in Philadelphia. The iconic hip hop act has detailed the full lineup for the 2019 edition.
The Roots will headline the one-day festival by celebrating the 20th-anniversary of their 1999 breakthrough album Things Fall Apart by performing it in its entirety. H.E.R., 21 Savage, Lil Baby, Raphael Saadiq vs. Soulquarians, Tank & The Bangas and Black Thought Live Mixtape featuring Yasiin Bey are among the other acts that have been tapped to perform. The Roots Picnic will also feature a podcast stage that will include episodes recordings of The Joe Budden Podcast, The Read Podcast and Questlove Supreme Podcast.
Tickets for the Roots Picnic will go on sale on Friday, March 15 at 12 p.m. ET via Ticketmaster. Check out the full lineup in the poster below:
