Lizzo is the latest musician to offer up a take on “Shallow.” The singer performed the Oscar-winning song written by Lady Gaga during an appearance on the SiriusXM Hits1 show The Morning Mashup.
Accompanied by just an acoustic guitar player, Lizzo sang both Lady Gaga’s and Bradley Cooper’s parts of the duet from A Star Is Born. Lizzo will release her major label debut Cuz I Love You on April 19 via Atlantic Records. Watch her version of “Shallow” below:
