Gov’t Mule Details 2019 Summer Tour

Gov’t Mule announced a summer tour that runs from June 21 – August 30. The news comes after the band confirmed the forthcoming release of Bring On The Music – Live At The Capitol Theatre, a concert film and live album.

The quartet beings the tour at PNC Pavilion At Riverbend in Cincinnati on June 21. From there, the Mule visits Grand Rapids, Indianapolis, Louisville, Boston, Asbury Park, Butler (Ohio), Asheville, Charlotte, Greensboro, Manteo (North Carolina), Charlottesville, Baltimore and Jay (Vermont).

The first of four dates in which Gov’t Mule will open for Lynyrd Skynyrd takes place on July 13 in Canandaigua, New York. Mule will also support Skynyrd in Minnesota during tour stops in Welch on July 19 and Walker on July 20. Additional Gov’t Mule July headlining shows will take place in Toledo on July 16 and Kansas City on July 18. This August, the four-piece is goin’ out west for performances in Saratoga, California on August 27 and Medford, Oregon on August 30. September dates include a headlining gig in Salt Lake City on the 4th and appearances at the Big Blues Bender in Las Vegas, Outlaw Music Festival in Philadelphia and Borderland Festival in Buffalo.

Pre-sale tickets for most summer headlining shows go up for grabs starting Wednesday, May 8. Tickets go on sale to the general public next Friday, May 10.
