Leftover Salmon banjoist Andy Thorn appears on the latest episode of The Sound Podcast, a member of the Osiris Media network. Thorn chats about Salmon, his forthcoming Frontiers Like These solo album, the status of his broken leg and more.
Andy first talks Frontiers Like These with host Ira Haberman. He explains he recorded the album in his home state of North Carolina over Christmas Break with members of Mandolin Orange, Town Mountain, Jon Stickley Trio and Big Fat Gap. Thorn also discusses his relationship with cannabis and the day-to-day work that goes into growing marijuana.
