At the start of May, Tank and the Bangas released their sophomore studio album Green Balloon via Verve Forecast. Now, the New Orleans-based five-piece has released a music video for album single “Nice Things.”
While Tank and the Bangas is known for lead singer Tarriona “Tank” Ball‘s frequently wild and charismatic stage presence, “Nice Things” shows a softer side to the project. With easy-going and shimmering instrumentation, the love song sports an overall laidback vibe. To accompany the track, the video similarly takes a demure approach, showing alternating clips of Ball on a date, in a club and getting ready to go out.
