Dodgers’ Hill gets key hit, win against Cubs

Rich Hill rallied from a slow start to pitch seven strong innings and he also drove in the go-ahead run with a single in the fourth inning as the Los Angeles Dodgers earned a 5-3 victory Friday night over the visiting Chicago Cubs. Matt Beaty hit his first career home run in the majors and Justin Turner hit the 100th of his career as the Dodgers earned their seventh consecutive home victory and won for the 11th time in their last 12 games at Dodger Stadium. Anthony Rizzo and Kris Bryant hit home runs for the Cubs, who lost on the road for the seventh time in their last eight games and the ninth time in their last 11 away from Wrigley Field.
