Donald Trump has denied personally altering a map to support a false claim about Hurricane Dorian after a sharpie pen was spotted lying close-by on his desk.In a White House video released on Wednesday, Mr Trump points to an official weather chart dated 29 August showing the states that could be hit in what the National Hurricane Center (NHC) calls the “cone of uncertainty”.
