Bright Eyes Announce 1st Shows Since 2011

Bright Eyes announced their first live shows since 2011. The band fronted by Conor Oberst confirmed a batch of performance later this year.

Bright Eyes will appear in concert on March 23 at Liquid Room in Tokyo, Japan. The band will then play Los Angeles’ Hollywood Palladium on May 21 and 22. Tickets to the L.A. shows go on sale to the general public on Friday, January 24. Presales are underway. Find more information here. Bright Eyes also performs on June 20 at Forest Hills Stadium in Queens, New York. The band will be supported that night by Japanese Breakfast and Lucy Dacus. Tickets go on sale via AXS on Friday, January 24. Several pre-sales are also available.

Bright Eyes will also appear at the End Of The Road festival scheduled for September 3 – 6 in Dorset, England. Others on the lineup include Pixies, King Krule, Angel Olsen, Big Thief and others.

Bright Eyes, which also features Mike Mogis and Nate Walcott, released their most recent album, The People’s Key in 2011. The band formed in the mid-1990s in Omaha launched a new Instagram account earlier this year and signed to the Dead Oceans record label.
