Rainbow Girls Perform Live For Paste

132

Rainbow Girls stopped by the Atlanta studios of Paste Magazine on Tuesday afternoon for a session before they played Eddie’s Attic last night. The band performed three tunes showing off their gorgeous harmonies and impressive songwriting as well as a cover over the course of the 28-minute set.

The trio — consisting of Caitlin Gowdey, Erin Chapin and Vanessa May — began with “No Limits” and “Compassion To The Nth Degree” off their forthcoming studio album and spoke about the meaning of each song. Rainbow Girls then played the “titular track” from 2017’s American Dream and covered Les Paul & Mary Ford’s “Smoke Rings” from the cover-filled LP Give The People What They Want to end the session.
