Officially the most expensive hotel room in the world, the brand-new Empathy Suite at The Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas goes for a mind-boggling $100,000 per night — with a two night minimum.
The two-story 9,000 square foot suite was designed by artist Damien Hirst in collaboration with Bentel & Bentel, and features six of his original works and custom furniture and textiles with Hirst motifs.
In the suite is a curved 13-seat bar, a pool on the balcony inlaid with butterfly mosaics, a gray marble bathroom, and a Himalayan salt room decorated with butterflies and skulls.
Other luxe amenities include 24-hour butler service, chauffeured car service, and A-list access to on-site entertainment.
Royal Penthouse Suite, Hotel President Wilson
