Elton John performed his new song, “(I’m Gonna) Love Me Again,” at last night’s Academy Awards show. Written for the biographical feature film Rocketman, it won the Oscar for Best Original Song.
John earlier won the Golden Globe for Best Original Song. He co-wrote “(I’m Gonna) Love Me Again” with his longtime collaborator Bernie Taupin for the movie about John’s life starring Taron Egerton. Watch the live performance of “(I’m Gonna) Love Me Again” at last night’s Oscars below:
