San Francisco’s own Hot Tuna performed the national anthem at the Chase Center on Thursday before the Warriors took on the Rockets. The trio presented an interesting instrumental rendition of “The Star-Spangled Banner.”
Hot Tuna consists of founding members guitarist Jorma Kaukonen and bassist Jack Casady joined by drummer Justin Guip. Justin played a snare while Jack utilized his signature distorted bass tone and Jorma mixed lead and rhythmic work throughout the anthem.
