Today, JamBase launches the Gimme Shelter In Place video series that comes in addition to our new Livestreams Calendar. Gimme Shelter In Place will feature previously unreleased footage from the JamBase archives starting with Ron Artis II & The Truth and The Barr Brothers guitarist Brad Barr performing “This Old World” during the JamBase 20th Anniversary concert at The Chapel in San Francisco on June 1, 2019.
JamBase will share a new video each day for the foreseeable future featuring such artists as Anders Osborne, Luther Dickinson, Reed Mathis and Jennifer Hartswick. Up first is “This Old World,” which Brad and Ron Artis II & The Truth made up on the spot at soundcheck during the first of two concerts celebrating the 20th anniversary of JamBase.
