The Marcus King Band are the latest addition to the Newport Folk Festival 2020 lineup. Newport Folk returns to its longtime home of Fort Adams State Park in Newport, Rhode Island July 31 – August 2.
Set to perform on Sunday, August 2, the set will mark the MKB’s Newport Folk debut. Nathaniel Rateliff, Yola, Caamp, Tre Burt and Erin Rae will also play the final day of this year’s festival. Randy Newman, Big Thief, Joseph, EOB, Rainbow Kitten Surprise, Puss N Boots, Son Volt and Sunny War are set to perform on Friday, July 31. Acts aboard for Saturday, August 1 so far are Mandolin Orange, Black Pumas, Hawktail, Vagabon and Ian Noe. Stay tuned for additional lineup announcements.
