Phil Lesh’s Terrapin Crossroads in San Rafael, California will close down for the rest of March due to the coronavirus COVID-19 outbreak. The Bay Area venue released a statement detailing the close:
Terrapin Crossroads is closely monitoring developments related to Coronavirus (COVID-19). The safety of our artists, patrons, staff, and extended community is of the highest importance. Based on this morning’s policy update from the Office of Governor Newsom and the California Department of Public Health Terrapin Crossroads’ restaurant and music venue will be closed through the month of March. We hope to announce small outdoor events in Beach Park and live music streams. We will continue to follow guidelines as authorities monitor and revisit the policies based on public health need.
We love our staff and community and will continue to make business decisions based on what is best for everyone. Please find the official statement from the California Department of Public Health here.
For those of you who have tickets, we are working to reschedule all events. Hold onto your tickets and we will be in touch with rescheduled dates as soon as we are able to confirm them with the artists.
For events that we are unable to reschedule, we will send notifications about refunds as soon as possible.We will be posting status updates on our socials and via our email newsletter.
