Both President Trump and former Vice President Joe Biden have net-negative approval ratings, a new NBC News/Wall Street Journal poll shows, though Biden appears to have emerged as the presidential candidate more voters will begrudgingly vote for. The survey included 900 registered voters. The margin of error is 3.7 percentage points.
