Q Timex Collection Gets 3 Fun New Colorways

191

Timex had an unexpected hit on its hands when it dropped the Rolex Pepsi-style Q Timex 1979 reissue. It followed up with a blue and gold-accented 1978 “Falcon Eye” reboot and had similar success. So it only seems natural that the American watchmaker is tripling down on the love for these throwback styles with three new colorways.

The beloved revamp is getting a black dial with a black and green bezel, white dial with a red and blue bezel, a blue dial with a blue and orange bezel.

While there isn’t a ton of info out right now other than the watches are coming, it’s safe to assume that the practical Q-Timex features have been retained.

Those include the 38mm stainless steel case, period-correct woven stainless steel bracelet, functional battery hatch, rotating top ring, luminescent paint and ticking modern quartz movement.

The new models are also expected to keep the affordable $179 price tag and be available sometime in June 2020.
