INXS Announces ‘Live Baby Live’ Digital Release & Shares ‘Suicide Blonde’

Eagle Vision will digitally release a restored version of INXS’ landmark 1991 concert film, Live Baby Live, from London’s legendary Wembley Stadium. Eagle Entertainment also released footage of “Suicide Blonde” to preview the film set for release on June 26.

The new 4K restoration shows the film in widescreen for the first time and also features lost performance “Lately” as well as “Shining Star,’ the single the iconic Australian band would record the day after the Wembley concert to include on the accompanying live album. The sound also got an upgrade from Giles Martin, the band’s Executive Music Director, and Sam Okell at Abbey Road Studios.

INXS performed at Wembley on July 13, 1991. Check out “Suicide Blonde” from the newly restored Live Baby Live below:
