Members of anti-government militia groups charged with plotting to kidnap Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer ahead of the November election also discussed abducting the governor of Virginia, Ralph Northam, according to new information disclosed by an FBI agent at a hearing in Grand Rapids, Mich., federal court Tuesday.
