[UPDATE 2/1/21]: Dopapod has announced the rescheduled dates for the band’s triumphant return to the stage at Ardmore Music Hall in Ardmore, PA. The palindrome-loving jam band waited until 2/1/21 to announce the rescheduled dates of March 19th and 20th.
The shows were initially scheduled to take place in early December of 2020 but were postponed out of an abundance of caution by the band and venue as the coronavirus continued to spread. Now, as vaccine distribution continues to ramp up across the country, Dopapod and the Ardmore Music Hall promoters have set their sights on late March for the socially-distanced gig.
Fans will be able to tune in for free to the extremely-limited capacity concerts. Though the original announcement of the Dopapod run at the Ardmore happened all the way back on 11/11/20—with the shows originally slated for December 9th and 10th—fans will remember that the band had opted for a “Golden Ticket” raffle to distribute tickets. Four pairs of “Golden Tickets” will be raffled off for each concert. Those who don’t win the raffle can still get tickets to the shows via a silent auction for an additional six pairs of tickets. Raffle tickets are still available in quantities of one, three, ten, and fifty here.
Tune in on March 19th and 20th at 8 p.m. ET to see Dopapod return to the stage for the first time since March 7th, 2020.

[11/11/20]: Dopapod will return to the stage for a two-night run at the Ardmore Music Hall in Ardmore, PA planned for December 9th-10th. In accordance with Pennsylvania COVID ordinances, audience capacity for each show concert is extremely limited to just 20 lucky fans, but the band will also present both nights via free livestreams.
The two performances next month will mark their first time on stage together since the band’s March 7th performance at the Rex Theater in Pittsburgh. The shows will also act as the group’s first full-band appearance at the venue located just west of Philadelphia.
Presented by Live For Live Music in partnership with Dopapod, the band has dubbed these concerts, We’re Gonna Get Through This. Each performance will include two sets from the jam-friendly quartet. Though the streams will be free to watch, donations are encouraged via the band’s Venmo and Paypal accounts as they continue to navigate a world where their livelihood is essentially outlawed.
Throughout the course of the pandemic, the band has also made virtual appearances on Quarantine Comes Alive and Democracy Comes Alive.
Tickets for Dopapod at the Ardmore will not be sold in the conventional sense but rather raffled and auctioned off. Four pairs of “Golden Tickets” will be raffled off for each concert, beginning today (11/11) and running through November 20th at 12 p.m. ET. Fans who don’t win the raffle can still get access to the shows via a silent auction for an additional six pairs of tickets that will begin on November 20th and run through December 3rd at 12 p.m. ET. Raffle tickets are available in quantities of one, three, ten, and 50.
Keyboardist Eli Winderman told Live For Live Music of the shows,
We didn’t know the next time we would see each other again back in March when we had to abruptly leave tour and head home. We thought it was going to be just a few months and we’d be back to normal. Obviously, that didn’t happen but now here we are announcing our first shows since the start of the pandemic and to say we’re excited is an extreme understatement. We wanted to call the event “We’re gonna get through this” because we want to help all our fans stay positive and optimistic to get through the rest of this time where we can’t play shows like we used to. All things must pass and as will this pandemic!
