Red Hot Summer Tour is making a return next year. Yes, live music is on its way back. Back with a brand new COVID-safe festival format, the event is making up for lost time following their 2020 postponements.
The festival is set to visit Tasmania, South Australia, Western Australia, and Queensland, kicking off in March next year. However, organisers are looking to add Victoria and New South Wales dates to the event.
And the lineup? It’s led by Aussie rock royalty Jimmy Barnes, Hoodoo Gurus, and Jon Stevens, as well as Diesel, Vika & Linda, and Chris Cheney.
You can catch the lineup and all the festival dates down below.
Festival promoter Duane McDonald said they were disappointed to postpone much of this year’s dates.
“But safety was, and always is, our first priority. We continue to work with governments and stakeholders to make sure that we can continue the RED HOT SUMMER TOUR in 2021, and to ensure that all the shows are delivered in a COVID-safe way.
“We look forward to being able to announce more dates on the 2021 shortly, with Victoria and New South Wales joining the itinerary.”
