Wildly alternative duo, 100 gecs have shared their contribution for ~the silly season~. ‘sympathy 4 the grinch’ is an anti-Christmas song that’s basically all about getting revenge on Santa for his shit presents.
“Wanted some speakers, Xbox, and t-shirts / I’ve been good like every single day / Looked under my tree, my box was empty / Santa made an enemy that day (What the fuck?)” Laura Les and Dylan Brady sing.
“Done being jolly, time to be naughty / Think it’s time we settle up the score / Fill up the wishlist, let’s cause some mischief / Grab my keys, I’m headin’ out the door.”
The song sees the 100 gecs pair steal Santa’s “magic bag” and have him chase them for it.
In very 100 gecs fashion, the new song comes with an unhinged video. You can watch it down below.
The duo recently released a video for ‘hand crushed by a mallet’ and joined 3OH!3 on ‘LONELY MACHINES’.
