Muzz Announces ‘Covers’ EP & Shares Arthur Russell’s ‘Nobody Wants A Lonely Heart’

Muzz shared a cover of Arthur Russell’s “Nobody Wants A Lonely Heart.” The track appears on Muzz’s upcoming new Covers EP, which comes out December 9 on Matador Records.

Muzz consists of multi-instrumentalist/producer Josh Kaufman (Bonny Light Horseman), guitarist/vocalist Paul Banks (Interpol) and drummer Matt Barrick (The Walkmen). The Covers EP also features their versions of Bob Dylan’s “Girl From The North Country,” Mazzy Star’s “Fade Into You” and Tracy Chapman’s “For You.”

Muzz, who released their 2020 self-titled debut album earlier this year, recently announced “Muzz – Live in Kingston, NY,” their exclusive debut live performance recorded at Reade’s Old Kingston Theater in New York and premiering on Friday, December 4.
