Adelaide’s Summer Sounds concert series at Bonython Park just got bigger, with a handful of huge names added to an already fairly stacked lineup. The festival – which sees punters gather in designated “pods” for COVID-safety – kicked off late last year, and has already seen performances from the likes of Bernard Fanning and Allday.
Organisers have announced that Canberra rapper Genesis Owusu and one-woman party starter CLYPSO will join Ruel at the crooner’s show on Thursday, 21st January. Meanwhile, pop wunderkind George Alice has been added to Lime Cordiale and Baker Boy‘s gig on Sunday, 24th January.
Finally, good news if you’ve already got yourself a ticket to Ball Park Music and Spacey Jane‘s sold out performance on Friday, 29th January – Adelaide songwriter Jess Day has just joined the bill too.
Plus, organisers have announced an additional run of two-person pods to both the Mallrat show this Friday, 15th January along with Ruel’s gig on the 21st.
Head to the Summer Sounds website here for more info on lineup and to nab tickets.
