The Motet will return to the stage for two nights of music this spring at Cervantes’ Masterpiece Ballroom in Denver, CO scheduled for April 23rd-24th.
The indoor venue will implement socially-distant audience seating for the four shows over two nights, which will include 6:45 p.m. and 9:45 p.m. performances. The band has described the upcoming performances as “Instrumental shows” in hopes of allowing them with the “Chance to stretch out musically, and bring to life some of the new songs we’ve been working on in the studio,” according to the announcement. Tickets for the two shows are on sale here.
The Denver venue has reopened its doors to concert-hungry fans in recent weeks with the return of The Funk Sessions and a Valentine’s Day performance from Eminence Ensemble earlier this month.
Can’t even begin to describe how excited we are to announce our 1st shows back in over a year! 2 socially distanced shows per night at Cervantes 4/23 + 4/24. These unique INSTRUMENTAL shows will be a chance to stretch out musically, & bring to life new songs we’ve been working on pic.twitter.com/cQPG8nsEuT
