Brandi Carlile will conduct a virtual book tour for her forthcoming memoir, Broken Horses. The Grammy-winning singer-songwriter will host a series of online discussions and more beginning on the book’s publication date, Tuesday, April 6, and stretching until April 17 beginning at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT each night via Veeps.
Carlile announced Broken Horses last fall. The virtual book tour will feature conversations with a variety of special guests including country music icon Dolly Parton, photographer Pete Souza, actor Leslie Jordan as well as writers Tara Westover and Glennon Doyle among others. The series will also include an episode of “The Gaylywed Game” hosted by Leslie Jordan and featuring Brandi and her wife Catherine Carlile competing against Glennon Doyle and Abby Wambach. The virtual tour concludes on April 17 with “Book and a Bottle Pajama Party” featuring wine from and in partnership with Carlile’s XOBC Cellars.
