Gov’t Mule Adds Third New Haven Show Featuring Heart’s Ann Wilson

[UPDATE 3/29/21]: Following the rapid sellout of the initial Connecticut shows, Gov’t Mule has announced a third performance at New Haven’s Westville Music Bowl on Sunday, May 2nd. The added show will also feature special guest Ann Wilson of Heart. [3/15/21] Gov’t Mule will return to the stage for their first full-band performances in over a year with an upcoming run of shows at the Westville Music Bowl in New Haven, CT scheduled for this spring.

Announced by the band on Monday, the two shows at the outdoor Connecticut venue are scheduled for April 30th and May 1st. Both shows are scheduled to begin at 7 p.m and continue until 10 p.m.

Tickets for the two full-band shows go on sale this Friday, March 19th, at 10 a.m. ET. Ticket info, along with the event guidelines and COVID-19 protocols can be found here. These concerts will mark Gov’t Mule’s first shows together since January 22nd, 2020 when the band wrapped up their Island Exodus destination event in Jamaica.

Following the shut-down of the concert industry last March, singer/guitarist Warren Haynes and pianist Danny Louis hosted a run of socially-distanced outdoor performances at South Farms in Morris, CT in September, October, and early November.
