Taylor Swift Releases Aaron Dessner-Produced ‘You All Over Me’ Featuring Maren Morris

72

Taylor Swift released the previously unheard track “You All Over Me (From the Vault)” featuring backing vocals from Maren Morris. Frequent Swift collaborator of late Aaron Dessner of The National produced the tune which will appear on Swift’s upcoming re-recorded version of her 2008 album, fearless, due out on April 9.

Taylor is re-recording her first six albums (dubbed “Taylor’s Versions”) in an attempt to regain control after “Scooter Braun bought and later re-sold those master recordings,” as per Pitchfork. The prolific singer-songwriter surprise released two LPs in 2020, folklore and evermore (both collabs with Dessner and more), as well as a number of related EPs.

“You All Over Me (From the Vault)” is the first in Swift’s From The Vault series, which will also appear on the new version of fearless. While the From The Vaul Track was previously unreleased, Swift shared a re-recorded version of fearless track “Love Story” ahead of “You All Over Me.”
