The Flaming Lips Confirm April 2021 Space Bubble Concert & Release ‘At The Movies On Quaaludes’ Video

On April 20, The Flaming Lips return to The Criterion in Oklahoma City for their next “Space Bubble” concert. The band will perform their latest album, American Head, in its entirety. Additonally, The Flaming Lips shared the official video for American Head track “At The Movies On Quaaludes.”

In January, The Flaming Lips presented their first “Space Bubble” concerts at The Criterion. The band played another run of “Space Bubble” concerts at the venue in March.

Tickets go on sale this Friday, March 26 at 10 a.m. CT via eTix.

American Head was released on September 11, 2020 through Warner Records. The Flaming Lips co-produced the 13-track effort with longtime collaborator Dave Fridmann. “At The Movies On Quaaludes” is the fifth track on American Head. The band tapped Clark Duke to direct the video for the song.
