While the United States inches little by little toward fully reopening live concerts, Umphrey’s McGee has announced the Plan Bee Tour. The three-city, six-show stretch will include a mix of drive-in and socially distant concerts in Georgia, Illinois, and Michigan in April and May.

Each stop on the Plan Bee Tour will feature a two-night run by Umphrey’s McGee, beginning with drive-in shows at Atlanta Motor Speedway in Hampton, GA April 30th and May 1st. Two weeks later, the band will head to SeatGeek Stadium in Bridgeview, IL for two more drive-in concerts on May 14th and 15th. Finally, Umphrey’s McGee’s Plan Bee Tour comes to a close with pod-style concerts at Riverside Station Detroit in Michigan on May 28th and 29th.

“With the start of spring 2021 comes renewed hope that live music will soon be back in full swing,” the band wrote in a statement. “While we patiently await the safe conditions needed to make that happen, we are pleased to bring you the Plan Bee Tour, a collection of double-header COVID-compliant and socially-distanced rock & roll shows.”
