Avi demonstrates how to make a “Minneapolis 1982” Bellion cocktail, which gets its name from the lead track on his new solo album, Hindsight.

Grab these ingredients to make your own “Minneapolis 1982” along with Avi:
- 1oz Bellion Vodka
- 1 oz Giffard Pamplemousse liquor
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 oz Campari
- 0.5 oz honey simple syrup
- 3 oz club soda
Put everything but the soda into a shaker, short shakes (10 seconds – just to chill, not to dilute), add soda, pour into ice-filled tall glass, garnish with grapefruit peel after expressing zest on top.
